"Just wanted to say thanks for putting on such an incredible trip! It's definitely something I'll recommend to classes below me and keep in mind for the future! I doubt I'll be able to get away much during residency, but some global health is certainly in the plans for my future life as an OB/gyn."

What our students are saying...

"The MedicForce Belize International Medicine Rotation was everything I wanted it to be and more.  I was looking for a chance to experience a new culture and contribute in a meaningful way through my abilities, education, and experience.  MedicForce's goal of creating self-sustainability is exactly how I believe international aid and relief should be focused.  I enjoyed spending time in the villages and speaking to the families about the health issues facing the village.  I gained so much from talking to the leaders about the history of the people and the village.  I really was satisfied with the opportunities presented to me to make an impact in a meaningful way, including giving me the independence to educate the village healthcare worker in a manner of my choosing and holding a public health seminar for the village.  My only regret is I wish I had more time to continue the work I started.  I look forward to returning at some point to see the results of my efforts and to continue what I began."
